Cleaning is usually a dreaded chore. That is why people try to escape from it. However, you cannot escape the dirt. And so you would have to clean up sooner or later. Instead of escaping the chore, you should instead find a system that would make the chore not only easier but faster to accomplish as well.
 
For instance, you should follow a certain order when cleaning. Cleaning room by room is advised in order to do the job more orderly. You would also not leave a mess everywhere. When cleaning, you should also go around the room instead of picking a spot at random. You can clean from back to the front so can arrange things after cleaning the front. Most importantly you should clean from top to bottom. Since dust would fall from the top, doing so prevents having to clean the bottom part twice.
 
You should try to loosen the dust that has already settled. This would make vacuuming more efficient and faster as well. Of course, it is very important that you carry all your cleaning tools and equipment with you so you won't have to go back and forth to get them. This would lessen the amount of time and energy needed to accomplish everything.
 
In the same manner, you should make sure that you are complete with cleaning materials and tools before you start cleaning. It would be inconvenient if you have to stop because you ran out of a cleaning solution. You could also lose your momentum and concentration on cleaning. But by getting everything ready, you can finish the job faster. Again it would help to have a system because you even get it done more efficiently.
